At The Skinny Food Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the products are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
